Test & Certification of Welders :

Under the scheme of "Central Authority for Testing and Certification of Welders" the welders engaged in fabrication work are regularly being tested and certified in NTH. The Central Boiler Board has granted recognition to NTH under regulation 4C(2) of the Indian Boiler Regulation, 1950 as Competent Authority for examination of Welders. The Board has also granted recognition to NTH as a well known Material Testing Laboratory under the same regulation.
Research and Development in Test Engineering :

NTH, through its R & D services, aims to improve productivity, value addition to the product through characterisation, and optimisation & atomization of test method for providing test and evaluation service at minimum cost and time. The technological areas cover under this services are as under :

2. Civil Engineering
3. Electrical Engineering
4. Mechanical Engineering
5. Non-Destructive
6. Metrology and Calibration
7. Rubber, Plastic and Textile

Training :
